If there is a problem with your service, please reach out to mypsychicpro@mail.com. Generally, no refunds are offered but please reach out with any concerns or issues. 

We strive to deliver all readings within 48 hours. During busy times, this may not be possible. We will be in touch regarding any service that will be delivered following 2 business days of placing your order. 

Important to note that ALL readings and services are ordered and delivered with the understanding that they are for entertainment purposes only. Readings are not to be mistaken for advice regarding major  life changes and not to be taken or misunderstood  for medical, legal, mental health, or any other professional decisions/issues. Please seek a licensed qualified professional when warranted. Rites of Passage Ent. (mypsychicpro) will not give medical/legal advice.
